Viktor Ushkevich was born in Pinsk, Belorussia in March 1961.
He graduated from the Belarussian College of Arts and
participated in numerous exhibitions in former USSR replublics,
including Russia, Belarus, and Ukrain. Some of his works
were purchased by the Belarussian president and are currently
located in his office in Minsk. His works were also purchased
by private collectors in France, Germany and Polland.
